Account and Data Deletion Request

If you want to delete your Bimus account and associated data, please send an email to our support team.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

Please include the email address linked to your Bimus account.

What will be deleted

After receiving your request, we will delete your Bimus account and associated personal data, including learning progress, profile data, and app account information, unless we are required to keep certain data for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.

Important subscription notice

Deleting your Bimus account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. You must cancel your subscription directly from Google Play or the App Store.
